Food parcels are also available to those in particular financial need. Please bring as much information as possible so that we can support you with whatever problem(s) you are facing. This could be benefit letters, bank statements, payslips, proof of income, bills, debt letters etc. On arrival, please put your name on the list and wait to be seen in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Along with a team of caring and compassionate volunteers with a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on, our advisors, and the team offer ongoing support until you feel like you’re back on your feet again. Our clinics are held in our partner churches on coffee mornings, and in family hubs with Derby City area, so the atmosphere is informal and friendly; there is a real sense of community.
