Can you fill in forms and make nervous people feel welcome? You could help change lives at Jubilee!

• Jubilee debt and advice clinics run Monday-Thursday at various locations around Derby.
• We need volunteers to do a regular 2.5 hour shift once a week.
• The triage role involves welcoming people to the service for the first time, putting them at ease and running through some initial questions about their finances to see how we could help them.
• We will provide any training you need.

Jubilee is incredibly fulfilling, because we see different clients come along who are struggling, weighed down - you can actually see the weight on their shoulders. And just by sharing their problems, they feel so much better as they leave.
